Marshall Goldsmith is arguably the best executive coach in the country. He is without question the best paid. His new book What Got You Here Won't Get You There, was just listed as America's best-selling business book by The Wall Street Journal. If you’re swimming in the corporate sea you should read it next time you come up for air.
